Senior and Caregiver Legal Services Program

    Provides assistance and referrals to low income seniors, their caretakers, and disable individuals on issues that affect independent living, choice and financial security. Assistance and guidance from a senior rights professional and consulting attorney.

    Assistance includes and is not limited to:

    • Advance Health Care Directive
    • Durable Power of Attorneys
    • Elder Abuse Matters
    • Evictions
    • Grant Deeds
    • Housing and Consumers Affairs
    • Joint Tenancy
    • Public Assistance
    • Quit Claims
    • Restraining Orders
    • Last Will and Testament

  • Hours: *Lathrop Senior Center: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month *Lodi Office: 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month *Manteca Senior Center: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month *Stockton South Sutter Street Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *Tracy Lolly Hansen Senior Center: 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve
